Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

Qualification: Should have completed B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(Computers)/M.Sc(Maths) with minimum of 60%. Candidates with diploma/degree with relevant certifications and requisite experience can also attend walk-in interview/apply.

Post I: Java Software Developers with 4+ years minimum experience in:

  • Core Java/J2EE/Servlets/JSP/JavaScript, OOPS, Struts Framework/Spring Framework, Hibernate technologies
  • Process methodologies – MVC, SOA Architecture

Skills required:

  • Good working knowledge on Tomcat/JBoss servers.
  • Developing software using Eclipse/MyEclipse IDE
  • Should have contributed in all phases of the development life cycle
  • Advise and offer input on process to design, develop, modify, and adapt system architecture, network systems for customer use
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and assist developers
  • Assess new technologies to enhance development process and optimize application delivery
  • Strong communication skills
  • Should have involved in requirements analysis, requirements development, delivery, support & analysis and documentation.
  • Actively participate in discussions with various team regarding implementation and design of solutions
  • Understand the requirements project scope and perform gap analysis

Post II: Java Software Developers with 2 to 4years minimum experience in

Post III: AndroidApplication Developer

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of Android development
  • Have published at least one original Android app
  • Experience with Android SDK
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Technical knowledge of Mobile software such as Apache Cordova (PhoneGap); Backbone; Sencha touch &jQuery Mobile, HTML5, CSS3 ; JavaScript; JS UI libraries
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Post IV:Business Analyst (3 to 6years experience)

  • Assists Development Team in developing tactical and strategic product,services and/or programs to support the Customers goals (financial, quality,production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.)
  • Works closely with Department Personnel and associates to identify andmaximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product,service and/or program business processes.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systemsand user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required todevelop or modify computer programs.
  • Consults with Department Personnel to determine business, functional andtechnical requirements for specified applications.
  • Coordinates the development of all approved versions of business andfunctional specifications for specified applications. Reviews use cases andother technical documents with IT project staff to ensure businessrequirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.
  • Develops effective reporting tools for the business unit.
  • Analyze Department Personnel activities and trends and compares analysesagainst the service standards and best practices. Presents findings andworks with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify andimplement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals
  • Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, production, customerservice, operational efficiency, market share, etc.). – Analyzes trends andrecommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.

Post V: Project Leader 8-10 yrs experience in Microsoft DOTNET Technologies

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on Architecting a Project or a Product
  • Data base: MS SQL ,Oracle
  • Tools used: MS Visual Studio, IIS 6.0/7.0, TFS

Post VI: Software Developers 2-6 yrs experience in Microsoft DOTNET Technologies

Post VII : Software Tester – Performance Testing :4+ years minimum experience in

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in JMeter tool
  • Load, performance, volume & stress testing using automated testing tools, preferably JMeter
  • Work on end-to-end performance testing requirements starting with set-up of the tools, scripting, data simulation, identifying & documenting test scenarios, executing and documenting the issues/ reports
  • Design in creating best-in-class performance testing approaches and plans for project
  • Work tightly with application development, architecture, system admin and network groups for performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria and evaluation methodologies
  • Strong communication skills
