Candidates who are all participated in this examination they can check their AIIMS Ph.D Written Test Results 2020 at online only. Those qualified candidates selection will be made through 2-stage performance,
Stage I : Written Test carrying 80 marks and 50 theory based multiple choice questions (MCQs) and 30 clinical/practical/lab based Short Answer Questions (SAQs)/MCQs. Each wrong answers will be deducted one third (-1/3) negative marking awarded. Zero mark will be given for questions not answered.
Stage II : Out of the candidates who secured 50 percent or above in the written test (Stage-I), candidates 3 times the number of seats advertised will be called for departmental clinical/practical/lab based assessment (carrying 20 marks) on the fourth day.
AIIMS Ph.D Dept : Ph D students conduct an extensive piece of research of high quality on which they may take upto 5 years. While in MD/MS and M Sc/M Biotech courses the emphasis is on breadth, in Ph D the emphasis is on depth. The students delve deep into a narrow area to which they may stick for a lifetime.
Admission for Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programme : Selected candidates are required to join on 02.2020 or before 02.2020. If the candidate fails to join extension is received by 02.2020, not join means the seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
